As a Senior Executive in Inspection Unit, my role includes the following:- Daily Vibration Analysis of the plant machinery as per routine inspection plan and daily basis requirements.- Infrared Thermography of Electrical assets, Boilers and Mechanical Assets as per routine inspection plan.- Turbine Analysis of STGs using ADRE 408.- UT thickness monitoring packages development for storage tanks and pressure vessels.- CFB Boiler components internal inspection during TA and Shutdown.- Above ground storage tank inspection as per API 653.- DFT assessment as per OEM criteria for different component paint or coatings.- Boiler refractory Installation and repair supervision in TA and Shutdown.- Load testing of rigging tools on annual basis.

As a Lead in Inspection & Testing, my role included the following tasks:1. Plant Condition Monitoring including Traditional Vibration Analysis, Turbomachinery Analysis, Advanced Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, In-situ Dynamic Balancing, & Shaft Laser Alignment.2. Technical Demonstrations and Q&A sessions of GE-Bentley Nevada System-1, 3500, 1900, Orbit 60, Scout 100 Series, 200 Series, VB, and COMMTEST Series products at Customer Premises. 3. Develop training KPIs for the development of my team, Improve Performance and technical skills of my team via training them, Carry-out inspections, Negotiate with the customers, understand customer requirements, and Carryout necessary steps to meet them. 4. Implement safe Data collection techniques, develop maintenance KPIs on the basis of Predictive Maintenance data, perform root cause analysis (RCA) to drive the continuous improvement process effectively, and also deliver technical training to customer technicians to enable them to be the part of Reliability Program.5. Develop & document procedures for the proper application of the Condition Monitoring program. 6. Implement a Predictive Maintenance program in-line with the client plant’s maintenance program, and machinery vibration engineering in line with the plant’s maintenance department to optimize the forecasts of scheduled maintenance.7. Optimize the forecasts of scheduled maintenance to increase MTBF & reduce overall costs. 8. Specialized expertise in single and multi-channel vibration diagnostics, Modal, Transient, Cross-channel phase analysis, and ODS.

- Lead the team of Engineers for services execution by utilizing their skillset in the best possible way to deliver in-time services.- Train new team members to enable them to independently perform Vibration and Infrared Thermography Inspections on customer premises.- Train the customer technicians and inspectors to collect data in the field to enable them to contribute to the reliability goals of the organization.- Carry out Acceptance Tests during the commissioning of new rotating equipment in accordance with international standards.- Perform Machinery Diagnosis on traditional and advanced levels Including:Rolling Element bearing analysis, Gearboxes analysis, Induction motors analysis, Operating Deflection Shape Analysis (ODS), Hammer tests, Journal Bearing Analysis using Orbit plots, and Shaft centerline.Other Activities Include:i. - Monitoring activities such as Vibration analysis, IRT, Acoustic Emission Testing, Oil Temperature, and condition Inspection, etc.- Carry out Acceptance Tests during the commissioning of new rotating equipment in accordance with international standards.- Machinery Diagnosis Include:i. Roller Element bearing analysis, identification of faults in the inner race, outer race, or roller defects.ii. Gearboxes analysis identification of cracked or broken teeth from amplitude modulation of tooth-meshing frequency.iii. Induction motors analysis identification of broken or cracked rotor bars.- Perform Operating Deflection Shapes Analysis (ODS) to:i. Investigate the vibration pattern of a machine for a specific frequency or order component.ii. Run-up/down ODS to investigate the vibration pattern of a structure for specific order components as a function of rotational speed.- Perform Hammer test to:i. Determination of natural frequencies of machines.ii. Determination of frequency response function & coherence.- Perform Orbit plot for:i. fault diagnosis on machines with journal bearings.ii.
