 Managing cementing department. Responsible for all lab, enginering, field operations and maintenance staff in the Cementing and Production Enhancement PSL.  Provide technical and operational expertise to internal staff and customer for more complex wellbore issues.  Responsible for profit/loss and return on investment reporting for cementing PSL including Hyperion, RVCS and BW reporting. Inreased revenue YOY from 2012 to 2013 by 66% and projecting further 20% YOY Growth in 2014.  Preparation of business plan including revenue projection, Capex forecast and personnel requirements.  Coordinate the CPI process for the Cementing PSL.  Preparation of tenders using POP plans, 4Quad Analysis and other strategy tools.  Responsible for inventory management.  Monitoring progress of SQ & HSE Plans. Implementation of competency program in Pakistan.

 Provide technical and operational expertise to internal staff and customer for more complex wellbore issues.  Provide cementing job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers. Provide technical support on location as required by the customer or PSL. Represented Halliburton in local conferences (SPE/ATC) and gave various presentation at PPEPCA conferences.

 Matched Halliburton’s technical, commercial and operational capabilities to the customer needs through developing a clear understanding of customer's business & technical issues and drivers and effective delivery of technical sales presentations and developing personal working relationships.  Training and mentoring of young engineers and lab chemists. Lead engineer for Eni HPHT operations in Kadanwari Field and Jackup Operatins in Shark exploratory wells. Coordinating of equipment and materials delivery to well site to meet specific job goals. Ensure introduction of new and green chemicals (NPR) and meet yearly target revenue. Coordinated introduction of foam cementing in Pakistan for the first time.  Business development responsibilities i.e. preparation of cementing related tenders including financial templates and 4Quad modeling.
