Recognized for analysing, researching, updating, and completing business development and analytical reports. Create creative design and marketing plans for clients and set goals for staff. Evaluate performance of campaigns and staff against monthly goals. Work to build bridge between Client Implementation and New Client Setup. Oversee, execute, track and report on digital media campaign results for progression and troubleshooting of client projects. Implement advertising and marketing designs, including experimentation of concepts (A/B testing) and launch landing pages for lead captures. Creating digital media campaigns for social platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. Create continuous process and quality improvement practices root-cause analysis and analysis of performance metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, SAP Crystal, and Tableau). Creating and optimizing campaign landing pages for lead captures, with A/B testing. Provide leadership guidance for company through design, development and business expansion opportunities.
