1- Supply Planning:Insure Raw & Packaging Material supply from local & external suppliers.Engage with the Procurement team to deliver the Cash & Inventory Targets - Optimise the stocks & improve the On Time in Full performance.SAP/APO Full use and support S&OP Process.2- Inbound Logistics:Clearance Operations Management via the local team - both Raw, Pack Material & Imported Finish Goods.Insurance & Authorisation of import.

1 - Factory Quality Leader (QC): Manage the quality control team to ensure the conformity of the product at all stages of production (analysis laboratory management). Control of raw material and packaging through an integrated system & support suppliers to improve their quality (Audit Suppliers, quality contract, Sampling Plan, Qualification and Evaluation..) Drive Improvement projects by coordinating & Supporting the operational services (Production and Logistics) (Kaisan, WCM & TPM implementation, Logistic excellence, Projects Monitoring, Process Control..) Develop quality control team to ensure excellence in execution (Training, Development Plan). 2 - Quality Management Leader (QA): Implement Unilever Quality standards & ensure excellence in operations (GMP Standards, Traceability, Hygiene, WH & Transportation, & HACCP) Implement innovation projects by coordinating teams in 'Early Management' and 'Do it Right the First Time’ approaches. Ensure the implementation the quality management system QMS according to ISO 9001 (Certification Project, document system) - Internal Audits - Ensure Regulatory & legal compliance in coordination with the Legal, R&D and Marketing (ex: Validation of AW, ..). Build quality culture within the organization through a training plan according to the detected gaps3 - Go To Market Quality Specialist: Ensure permanent shop inspections over the market for quality products using Unilever standards. Work with Marketing & Sales to implement improvement projects (Focus on delivered quality & consumer feedback). Contribution to the optimization of the supply chain: 1 - Performance Evaluation of existing Warehouses: KPI Analysis in terms of availability and accessibility. Pareto analysis of existing SKU and Analysis of operating commands management system. Analyze occupation % in the different WH of DC.Dimensioning of necessary numbers in labeling equipment & personnel by developing a simulation application (queue Theory) Study the existing flows and proposed a solution of zoning WH (Optimizing surfaces). 2 - Participation in Improvement Projects (New Distribution Center) Study a potential locations of the site using a rating and choice system. Proposal for a new design for the WH site chosen with optimizes flow in terms of: - Occupancy rate. - Time of loading / unloading - Accessibility to the Products - Compliance with corporate standards
