Reconcile Retail, wholesale and Shoe Planet's inventory reports with system reports along with evidences and present in a PowerPoint Presentations as well. Verifying the journal entries of inventory reports and make sure that the entries are hitting the correct account in GL. TWC wise stock adjustments evidence verification and on fortnightly basis. Extract RESA errors from BI report & fix in ORMS with support of IT Team. To monitor Onway Invoices and follow up for resolution of issues with coordination relevant stakeholders. To resolve the shop managers issues regarding Inventory Adjustments as per system reports. Follow up with field team for clearance of missing evidence and recoverable balances through close coordination. Prepare & consolidate Missing Evidence of Inventory Adjustment (Retail shops, Shoe Planet & WBCs/WHs) after TWC verifications.

Performing entire responsibilities to analyze the store sales, Margin and stocks trend and provide best action plan to team achieve the targets.
