Hello! My name is Hamza Fevens, and I'm a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science. I have the ambition to develop and learn new skills as a programmer and have worked with several programming languages in school, including Python, C#, Java, and even SQL. The programs I am currently taking the steps to learn about are Angular, Go, TypeScript and a few others. My interests at the moment are learning more about project development and how to build up to a goal.There are two projects I have worked on in my time at McGill that have taught me about working with code. GoBabbyApp.java, which ran me through the development process of designing, creating, and developing a java interface for an SQL server. Basic AI creation, where I learned how to work in a 2-person team, trading ideas with my partner and combining them into a finished player. My experience as a waiter has improved my interpersonal skills in English and French, while also developing my ability to work in a group with others. I am also an avid reader and writer and have even managed to co-publish a book review while in Cegep. I volunteer when I can, and I like to pick apart games for how and why they work the way they do. I hope one day I can inspire others with the work that I can do. My time as a security guard has developed my situation analysis skills and my ability to work in different environments.I’ve also worked on a small game project that, though I never completed it, helped run me through the process of creating and sending out a game.
