- Close monitoring of the project as per developed project schedule, comparison of actual and planned progress (both weekly and overall) via S-curve and ensuring the completion of project within Contract Value.- Attending Weekly Progress meetings with Consultant & Client to discuss coming weeks plan.

- Taking part in coordination with design team to resolve ambiguity & execution obstruction, along with its submission and approval from client and consultant.- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports for complete site work including electrical and mechanical progress for Consultant/Client.

- Calculation of all civil material and BOQs and responsible for updating and maintaining Weekly reports, DPRs, Engineering man-hours and procurement tracker.- ENGRO EVTL expansion of EDC, FW and JOTI responsible for calculation of civil works, civil BOQs and material calculation to minimize the wastage.- Assigned with procurement team for 3 months to assist with ongoing projects. Directly in contact with the vendors for quotations and to make sure that deliveries are expedited within timeline. - Assigned under Commercials Manager for 2 months. Responsible for creating a weekly update of all ongoing projects monitoring progress and bottlenecks. The responses of required details were directly taken through project team and Project Managers.PGNiG Rental Amine Sweetening Unit- Calculations and Preparation of BOQs of all civil works.- Lead a team with 2 supervisors for the pre-casting of 140 civil foundations and maintaining of DPRs and weekly reports of ongoing work - Supervised the welding and fabrication of pipe supports structure to make sure no design issues occur during the process.- Multiple crossovers and platforms were designed for the plant during its commissioning. Apart from the design calculations, I also overlooked the welding and fabrication of platforms and crossovers

- Responsible for monitoring all construction and operation activities on construction site, managing required resources, quantities take-off, distributing work orders, preparation of bills, daily & fortnightly progress reporting to Construction Manager.- Implementation of IFC Drawings and Engineering Practices at site.- Monitoring project progress on weekly and monthly basis with respect to given baseline

- Provided regular input to the design team regarding interior architecture of ongoing projects.- Update inventory on daily basis using Ms Office.- Facilitated a sale on a housing project.- Survey on the ongoing building sites with the Engineers and Architects.
