In my position of Business Operations in both my Nursing Home positions I have been apart of both 'good' & 'outstanding' ratings in both, 3x Top 20 Care Home awards, consecutive 5 star food hygiene ratings, Dignity Awards, and enrolled our company on the Disability confident commitment.I take great pride in my role and I feel privileged to have spent my years amongst a team of caring, dedicated and hardworking professionals focussed on providing holistic, person centred care . Beyond the working world, I am a keen traveller and love interacting with a plethora of people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have a thirst for learning and currently enrolled on a computer coding bootcamp. I spend a great deal of private time working on my health and physical fitness, I am a former world kickboxing champion and currently training towards competing in 'strongman' at a novice level. I believe my experience in the sporting world has helped me to remain disciplined and resilient in my professional career.
