Overall in-charge of PKR 737 million project of installing Kale Façade Tiles at Panorama Towers, a 45 story high-rise residential project of Emaar. This amazing opportunity at H-Verse Group of Companies is helping me to perform and learn from following responsibilities, •Lead team of about 50 people, including Engineers, Surveyors, Planner, Supervisors, Formen and Labor to execute all activities of installation of tiles and its frame/suspension system•Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, project timelines, milestones, budgets and resource allocation•Managing project risks and issues, identifying and mitigating potential project roadblocks and providing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes•Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations, conducting quality assurance activities as needed•Providing technical leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring that development methodologies and best practices are followed•Promoting healthy work environment and executing innovative approaches derived by workforce plans.•Leading preparation and submission of documentation of project, including Shop drawings, material submitals, direct vendor payments, monthly interim payments or any other form of documentation•Providing active and key role in Stakeholder Management, ensuring coordination with all parties, such as client, consultant, engineers, architects and structural designers etc.•Managing project scope changes and ensuring that they are documented, reviewed, and approved by stakeholders•Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors and ensure timely procurement of material and machinery at site•Monitor project deliverables and implementing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, and making necessary adjustments as needed•Coach and support project team members Lead with tasks assigned to them.

My responsibilities at the incredible high-rise project of Emaar, The Views is helping me to learn,● Preparing Project Budgets and its forecasting, Cost management with respect to WBS, Resource Planning and Monitoring actual vs budget scenarios. Also compiling data to form effective and elaborative presentations for top management , to highlight real time financial status of project. Moreover taking prompt measures to control cost overruns.● Preparing Direct Vendor Payments and keeping its daily track till it gets cleared from consultant, i.e Promag and further from Client.● Supervising process of material submittals. Also Incharge of the Document Control Department, making sure timely submittals of IR and MIR or other technical submittals to ensure smooth flow of activities.

My responsibilities at Grove Residency; a high-rise residential project of Dolmen group, comprising of 3 towers (up to 33 floors) included,• Planning, Co-ordination, Management and Supervision of all construction activities, as well as assisting the representative of client/consultant, in conducting daily inspection visits at site.• Management of Material and Manpower, solving day to day issues and taking prompt decisions to ensure smooth workflow of current and upcoming activities.• In charge of all construction activities at site, as per project drawings, shop drawings and approved methodology.• Managing construction planning, programming, and completion schedules. • Responsible for leading subcontractors and trade persons involved in construction activities.• Assist site management and coordination of construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.• Ensures all activities are within the allocated scope of work and are undertaken in accordance with site specific safety management plan.• Plan and coordinate all site activities and discipline interfaces to ensure successful delivery of site works in an efficient manner.• Actively monitoring project performance and review against objectives and project plans, with risks and opportunities identified and pursue to reduce risk.• Ensure safe operational practices, processes, employee education, training and consultative communications are in place and are being adhered to.• Lead the analysis and reporting of project construction activity performance and initiates strategies to improve outputs across site.• Work with internal development team to provide and establish construction budget estimate.• Ensure all activities are performed as per local legislative policies and all standards of performance are maintained• Weekly reporting of progress to GM and PD and conducting daily/ weekly/ monthly meetings to help achieving milestones.

• Construction of District Government Hospital in Matiari, Sindh and Residential Units at Bath Island, Karachi.• Moreover gained experience of developing detailed BOQ for projects. Also took active active part in tendering process. To develop Bid/Qoutations for various potential projects, was also under my scope of work.

• The project comprised of constructing 240 new residential homes in Caerphilly, under a Design and Build contract.• My key responsibilities included, coordination and collaboration with the Project Manager, contractor and the subcontractors and to lead a small group of people for construction works, according to plans and schedules and to keep record of the progress and its reporting to the PM.• This experience enabled me to enhance my skills in areas of planning, problem-solving, site management and to perform effectively under stress and time constraints.

My work responsibilities included, • generating quantity estimates for flooring finishes with on screen take-offs • producing 3D architectural models using Revit.• frequent online meeting with clients, based in USA, for project briefings and reviews. Further to present outcomes of meetings to the fellow team members in form of presentations and reports.This experience helped me in, • developing expertise in 3D modelling software, Revit (BIM) and computer aided tools for on screen take-offs, such as Measure, Measure Square and Callidus. Developed accurate and robust quantity estimates as well as detailed and comprehensive 3D models, throughout my job tenure. Due to which achieved “Rookie of the Year” award in the first year at the job, based upon my yearly performance and dedication to work.• boosting self-confidence as a result of gaining own areas of responsibility and by giving presentations to senior staff members and clients at meetings.• gaining good communication skills by coordinating and presenting to co-workers and to the senior staff members.
