As an Inventory Management Executive, i am responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory management across 52 stores nationwide. my role involves creating and maintaining smart Google Sheets with advanced data validation and rules to ensure accurate inventory tracking.**Key Responsibilities:**-Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time inventory insights and performance metrics.-Manage nationwide inventory on SAP across 22 cities, ensuring optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.-Lead future projects, including the development of an online inventory issuance portal to support demand forecasting and planning.-Automate Google Sheets for all 58 stores using data validation and Google Scripts to streamline operations.-Continuously integrate SAP data with Google Sheets for real-time updates and automation.-Train store owners in SAP Material Management (MM), inventory management, and stock control processes.-Generate multiple reports for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and stock performance analysis.-Collaborate with inventory stakeholders, including finance, operations, development teams, vendors, supply chain, procurement, imports, and local teams.-Generate reports and presentations for communication with C-suite executives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.-Drive continuous process improvements by working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory and stock management processes.

From Converting into our own Cap( Euro-Caps) to controlling it into new Fatek PLC along with weintek HMI Designing, all was In-House project Completed by me under the Supervision of my Mentor and Incharges.
