Hamza is a Certified PMP and an alumni of Warwick Business School. He began his career with National Bank of Abu Dhabi in 2010 with the Business Development unit where he was a key player within the team; brokering large and exclusive deals on behalf of the Bank's Consumer Banking function. He was instrumental in coordinating numerous business projects and was actively involved in strategising the teams operations and being a key member of NBAD's corporate wide initiatives.Within just 3 years of joining NBAD, he was inducted into the "NBAD Talent Pool" consisting of 150 high performers bank-wide. This stands as a strong testament of his abilities.in 2015, he took on a bigger challenge and moved to GASCO (ADNOC Group); one of the largest Oil & Gas Energy Producers in the world as an IT Business Analyst responsible for Project Delivery and Process Engineering activities across the Organisation.He later moved on to the Strategy and Planning Department where he played a pivotal role in successfully devising IT Division's 5-year Strategic Roadmap and its subsequent roll-out. As a Senior Planning Analyst, he oversaw the Divisions Financial, Human and Infrastructure requirements in line with ADNOC's Corporate goals and ambitions.In 2021, he obtained the highly coveted PMP Certification; considered "Gold standard" certification in the Project Management functions. In summer of 2022, he was approached by ADNOC HQ to join the Group Digital & CyberSecurity Function.
