Experiential Learning Project• Responsible for conducting marketing research on Coffee Shopper Category • In-depth study of the influences and factors within the retail environment that shape consumers' perceptions and buyingbehaviors about coffee. • Leading the team of 4 people in conducting in-depth interviews and 8 focus group discussions for penetrating household coffee consumption

• Explored the market to have thorough firsthand knowledge of the gaps present in the “Juice category” of the Multan region.• Devised an action plan along with my line manager to fill the gaps to increase the market share of “Cappy Juice” by 5% by the end of year.• Collaborated with the sales and marketing team to streamline the delivery process of promotional displays to the retailers to bring the delivery time under 3 days post-demand.• Proposed the marketing team to focus on the “better quality USP” in order to justify the “high-price problem”

• Generated a list of 300 potential customers who were lost during Covid-19 • Revived 110 out of 300 customers by contacting them virtually and visiting the key customers physically • Catered and onboarded 15 potential customers who posted their requests on NAATA by visiting them physically.

Mind Matters Project • Raised awareness on mental health issues faced by society • Created posters for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram which increased the engagement on the pages by 75% IQRA (Project) • An initiative to make a comprehensive guide for underprivileged students who lack knowledge about admissions and financial aids of 60 major universities of Pakistan• Researched and documented the admission procedures, programs offered, and scholarships offered by 8 universities

• Handled account opening for 2 days for the main branch which instilled a sense of responsibility in me as this activity is the first step in forming a relationship with any client. • Gained thorough cash management training which helped me in dealing with impatient clients. • Studied the credit granting procedure thoroughly • Coordinated in making a credit proposal for a client which helped me in polishing my financial skills.

• Conducted primary and secondary research to find the current standing of Aquafina 19L water bottle in the marketing.• Formulated and circulated a thorough questionnaire to collect 500 responses and conducted 5 Focus Group Discussions to find the consumer behavior regarding bulk water.• Wrote a 50-page report after collecting data through aforementioned activities and suggested a way forward for the product in detail
