* Responsible for general affairs of planning department in Asia Region andparticularly responsible for sites which are located in Kadikoy, Adalar,Atasehir and Maltepe districts (totally 593 2G&3G and 460 LTE sites).* Preparing nominal plan by making use of RF tools (Atoll, Citysurf, HuaweiDiscovery), drive test logs and customer complaints in order to improve2G/3G/LTE coverage and/or capacity issues,* Managing ‘Consolidation Project’s on behalf of Vodafone planningdepartment towards other operators,* Checking for sites which are not cost effective in terms of rental fee andcreating alternative solutions accordingly,* Experience on integration, configuration and pre-optimization of any RANoperation in terms of radio perspective,* Dealing with corporate customer complaints whenever CC team is unable toresolve by themselves; providing micro solutions if required,* Choosing best possible candidates in order to implement newly integratedmicro or macro network elements and to test their performance afterwards(i.e. crowdcell, easy macro, massive mimo antennas, Wttx, tubestar),* Steering LTE investment plan to more effective sites which have VIP priority,higher 3G trafiic utilization, greater 4G device penetration etc.

* Working as a RF planning and optimization engineer for Turkcell Operator inErzurum, Turkey,* Transport network responsible of the whole region for the first year and RFplanning/optimization engineer for various cities since then,* Planning 2G/3G/LTE outdoor/indoor new sites, repeaters, femtocells andsmall/pico cells to ensure Turkcell’s quality and covarage criterias,* Checking daily BSC/RNC and cell level KPIs, observing for any degraded KPIsand taking corrective actions to keep RRC setup success rate, RAB setupsuccess rate, CS & PS drop rate, Soft/IRAT Handover SR, power/code/CEcongestion below/above reasonable levels,* Planning cluster based optimization tasks for various cities by using toolssuch as M2000, Nastar, Ultima Mentor, Forte, Optima and NetworkAnalyzer,* Analyzing 2nd level customer complaints and applying corrective solutions(rework, parameter optimization, drive test organization, etc.) to resolve thesame within specified SLA period,* Planning and managing CoW operation for mass events, monitoring mainKPIs real time and applying quick fixes for both CoW and existing sites ifneeded,* Estimating type and number of RF equipments which will be required forrework operations before each quarter and providing feedback to centralinvestment team,* Providing local support for both hardware and software trials which were first introduced by central integration team.

* Working not only as a NGN support engineer on behalf of Huawei in Erzurumcity but also responsible for Turk Telekom East-1 region,* Managing initial optimization tasks just after Netaş to Huawei swap,participating UA5000 or Softswitch integration jobs in order to keepseamless service continuity,* Analyzing VIP or internal customer complaints which usually accumulate onthe first they after swap,* Supporting local engineers for chronic, corporate or sophisticated customercases during their daily operation and escalating to Huawei Global R&D ifneeded,* Organizing periodic core/access network training sessions and supportinglocal Turk Telekom engineers to help them getting used to newly swappedHuawei network,* Collaborating with Kayseri or Ankara region responsibles during Softswitchgeographical redundancy tests, upgrade and patch installation tasks.

* Drive testing along predefined routes by customer defined testconfigurations for Turkcell project based on Turkcell’s yearly benchmarkingschedule,* Importing raw Swissqual log files into Actix Analyzer and preparing analysisreports based on scoring thresholds and events.
