As Senior Education Officer, I am responsible for organizing and managing all training and development activities within the academy. I focus on programs that aim to uplift the standards of sports professionals and athletes in Jordan, aligning with the global Olympic values. Additionally, I oversee the allocation of grants, ensuring they reach the right athletes to foster their growth and development. My work is instrumental in promoting excellence and integrity in sports across the region.

As a Co-Lead of the Community Committee within the coalition, I play a key role in facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration among coalition members. My responsibilities include organizing and managing regular meetings, and ensuring that these gatherings are productive and aligned with the coalition's objectives. I also oversee membership engagement, working to foster a positive and interactive environment that strengthens our collective efforts in advancing the youth, peace, and security agenda. Additionally, I coordinate with governance bodies, and national focal points, and provide support to working groups within the coalition.

I hold the position of MEL Officer at Solidarity Is Global Institute (SIGI), a non-profit organization established in 1998. Its founders include lawyers, jurists, and human rights activists working to support and promote women's rights through education, developing skills, training, and presenting modern technology. The Promoting the Voice and Leadership of Women (PVLW) led by Mercy Corps and funded by USAID, to create transformative change to enhance the voice and influence of women by strengthening legislative frameworks, increasing adoption of inclusive social norms, and enhancing women's skills and opportunities for voice and leadership; and I’m responsible to conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the project activities, by providing support in setting up MEL systems in the project, data collection, and reporting, support the establishment and implementation of the complaint mechanisms and coordinate the response.

My role is coordinating professional programs to support and develop youth capacities in the digital content industry using the methodology of an alternative narrative. such as Reporting, Managing events, and suggesting improvements to the activities. Also, facilitates workshops for projects as needed, including preparing the training agenda and objectives, and supports the development of marketing & digital engagement plan and strategy, including social media and all digital components. As well as takes other administrative and operational duties as needed. Furthermore, supports the development of research related to M&E priorities, and the data collection process in close coordination with the program coordinator.

I worked closely with the program manager and the accountant on all logistics and administrative issues related to the projects, coordinate the assets management in the office, and timely preparation, and submit the periodic inventory reports, also provide logistic and administrative support and purchase needs, following with the project financial procedures, and prepare and monitor invoices to support the accountant in establishing.
