• Leading a team of More than 10 Managers directly and 1000 workers indirectly, to run plant operations ranging from planning of resources and manpower to machinery maintenance to not only achieve OR of more than 95% and reducing cost to ultimately move the factory into the green zone in the Unilever global Factory league Index.• Executed the Project “Naya Din” for UPFL aimed to completely transform the labor structure of the factory, bringing a manpower savings of upto 0.7 Mn Euro annually and upskilling the overall labor demographics to achieve a sustainable future of a more automated plant.• Working as the digital champ of the factory, became to first site in SA to move our maintenance to a CMMS application, moreover DFOS, BuildApp and Automanning application deployment were executed to increase deployment scored significantly.

1. Co-ordinate and direct the factory operations to achieve the agreed production plans at the specified product quality with optimum labor, energy, and materials. Bringing the plant material wastage to less than 0.5% and maintain an Output Reliability of more than 95% to produce 50K tonnes of soap annually.2. Engage and facilitate the innovation and business growth strategy for site integration with extended supply chain.Wrapper thickness reduction and wrapper and outer size optimization enabling a saving of 0.5 Mn USD annually.3. Lead continuous improvement plan incl. KPI monitoring, root cause analysis reporting covering cost, service, quality, and safety utilization to unleash 15% production capacity by increasing OEE by 4% and other improvement projects.4. Lead HR policy deployment and implementation on site, including management of employee relations to smoothly land benchmark manning and unlocking 7-day operation with Unionized staff in 2021 with zero disruption in operations

1) Coordinate and drive continuous improvement activities utilizing WCM (World Class Manufacturing) for loss eradication within manufacturing inbound and outbound supply chain context.- Lead Liquids plant Efficiency improvement plan to unlock 100 tones per day capacity.- SMED activities to reduce machine changeover time of bottle lines from 240 mins to less than 60 minutes. 2) Develop a WCM Master Plan from the site manufacturing strategy and lead the production waste and cost reduction programs.- completed a warehouse and bundling machine manpower contract formulization to move to a service based contract bringing in a saving of 0.25 Mn USD.- Lead a Raw Material and packing material savings regime to bring in an additional saving of 0.5 Mn USD in the year 2020. 3) Provide skills development and coaching for all employees across all levels implemented digital tools to enable improvement.- Pioneered Power Apps and Power Bi to digitalize the Non-Value added activities on the operational floor.- Spear headed Auto-Backflushing project to eliminate SAP recurring activities and successfully replicated in other factories, rationalizing at least 15 manpower.

1) Full accountability for the Operational Performance of more than 22 manufacturing Lines, including 5 high speed bottle lines, 13 sachet and skin lines, producing 45 Thousand Tonnes of Personal Care Liquids at Unilever PC Factory Rahim Yar Khan annually.- Outstanding Performance award for Highest Shift Overall Equipment Efficiency.2) Circle leader for 2 newly inducted bottle lines, commissioned under the project "Raftaar" which was a 28 Mn Euro Investment on site.-Won Best Circle Award in Q2 and Q3 2019 (Highest OEE, AM PM Score)3) Lead a team of more than 100 employees daily, consisting of unionized staff, contractual labor and dedicated engineering technicians with an aim of running the plant at the optimized efficiencies.- Lead Multiple safety Regimes, including Risk Assessment and Risk Prediction of Circle Lines.
