• Sampling of newly arrived mold and at the same time making PCCL sheet of that mold • Preparing daily quality report • Creating a boundary sample or reference sample after production starts so that all production conforms to it • To monitor the issues arising in TPR SOLE and to take measures to control them Like short pcs, Dents, Black spots, mis printing, trimming cuts, Air Marks and etc. • Check the outsoles carefully on their pattern to make sure they match the pattern • Inspect and solve ABS insole problems like De-shaping, Gas Marks, Dents, Flow Marks, short pcs, etc. • Checking the insole at its lasts. • Carefully Inspect the ABS heels and wedges at their checkpoints • Checking online production moment by moment. • To check all the check points carefully and also inform the worker about these points.
