• In the event of delays, create a recovery program and suggest corrective measures such as schedule crashing or fast tracking to mitigate setbacks.
• Prepare detailed departmental schedules aligned with the baseline schedule.
• Offer support for all operations and handle extension requests.

· Verify consistency of works with project technical specifications and promptly report any deviations· Assist Project Manager/contract Manager in preparing project/contract-related documentation such as progress reports, site monitoring reports, meeting minutes, bill review reports, and certifications· Conduct regular site visits during Defects.
