· Preparing Base Line Work Schedules for Project.· Updating the progress of the work schedule on primavera of assigned projects and planning accordingly.· Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends and prepare reports as required.· In case of delay, prepare a recovery program and propose remedial measures i.e. schedule crashing, fast tracking, etc. to catch up with delays.· Preparation of short-termed departmental detailed schedules based on baseline schedule.· Provide support to all operations and extension requests.· Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project or phase.· Preparing EVM, S-Curves, Resource Histograms, Cash in, Cash out & monthly Invoice Reports.· Ensure that project control documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are appropriately addressed.· Occasional Problem Oriented Site Tasks.

• Develop project baseline work schedules for various projects.• Regularly update and plan progress using Primavera for assigned projects.• Conduct ongoing analysis of schedule trends and generate necessary reports.• In the event of delays, create a recovery program and suggest corrective measures such as schedule crashing or fast tracking to mitigate setbacks.• Prepare detailed departmental schedules aligned with the baseline schedule.• Offer support for all operations and handle extension requests.• Produce reports including Earned Value Management (EVM), S-Curves, Resource Histograms, Cash in, Cash out, and monthly Invoice Reports.

· Verify consistency of works with project technical specifications and promptly report any deviations· Assist Project Manager/contract Manager in preparing project/contract-related documentation such as progress reports, site monitoring reports, meeting minutes, bill review reports, and certifications· Conduct regular site visits during Defects Notification Period and report discrepancies to Project Manager· Take direct responsibility for bored piling activities at construction site, working closely with Construction Manager and contractors· Manage site-specific bored piling issues and ensure day-to-day operational control of contracts, adhering to work procedures
