Current➢Conduct investigation against worst defects in order to find root causes and to take an effectivecountermeasure➢Suggest, implement and verify counter measures against defects, related to vendorise parts, in-house parts and processes➢Monitor counter measures' implementation status and SOPs' compliance in production shops➢Compile departmental monthly progress report, contains all KPIs, defects trends and quality improvement status➢Analyze warranty cost through warranty claim data and prepare departmental progress reports each month➢IMS coordinator for the compliance of ISO certifications➢Perform dealer visits on repeated and critical customer complaints, in order to find root cause and implementation of an effective counter measure➢Coordination with dealerships regarding warranty claims and feedback of customer➢Settlement of warranty cases
