About Hamza Kamil

I am a game producer and a production intern, pursuing a BFA in Game and Interactive Media Design at USC School of Cinematic Arts. I am passionate about producing in entertainment, and I am always improving my craft in Unreal, building environments.At USC Games, I work on the Veiled Ones, a first-person horror game that draws from the Islamic culture and lore. I lead the production process, creating team milestones, tasks, and objectives, onboarding students, facilitating faculty reviews and feedback, ensuring team communication, and organizing team bonding events.As a production intern at USC Shoah Foundation, I support multiple projects that document, preserve, and share the testimonies of survivors and witnesses of the Holocaust and other genocides. I assisted in the production of a 360° video of a survivor's story in London, and currently for an interactive XR project based on a survivor in Munich. I also help produce content for the institute's social media platforms. I value the mission and vision of the foundation, and I am motivated to use my media skills to educate and inspire others.
