Among the projects that I managed and that we worked on together, was the website remake for the World Anti Doping Agency. The client allowed us approximately a month, start-to-finish, to create a new website of approximately 1,000 pages with the exact same look and feel and the exact same data as already existed, but without access to any of the data or graphics (which were not made available by an uncooperative past supplier, which put the client in a precarious position). Hamza had to write multiple scripts to pull all the data from the public website, transform all the data, test for broken links and other anomalies, then integrate our Content Management System and other modules into the mix to deliver phase 1 of the project. Despite the very tight deadline, the project was a complete success and was delivered on time and on budget, largely due to Hamza's contribution as the lead developer and technical manager. On several other occasions throughout the years, Hamza was hired as a consultant to accelerate the delivery of projects to produce deliverables with tight deadlines, or to assist in troubleshooting complex issues that needed to be resolved urgently.
