I am an Advocate from Mumbai, India. I am the Founder of Lakdawala Advocates & Solicitors, which is a full-service law firm in India, with offices in Mumbai and New Delhi.I handle litigation before courts and tribunals in Mumbai and New Delhi, as well as across India. I engage in a full-service litigation and advisory practice, which includes matters like commercial, property, and employment disputes, as well as criminal defense. I also maintain a keen interest in constitutional and human rights law and actively undertake pro-bono cases.I am also currently a senior member of the Chambers of Ms. Gayatri Singh, Senior Advocate. With her, I handle strategic human rights litigation before the High Court of Bombay and the Supreme Court of India.I hold an undergraduate degree in Mass Media (specializing in Journalism), as well as an undergraduate degree in Law. After a short stint in journalism, I joined the Chambers of Ms. Indira Jaising, Senior Advocate as a Research Associate and worked with her on numerous cases before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across the country.
