Currently working as a Design Manager within the Greatworth to Southam (G2S) section of the C23 route, helping to deliver Phase 1 of HS2.

I worked as the EKFB route-wide Assistant Design Manager on the HS2 Main Works project.Responsibilities included:- Involvement in coordination and delivery of relevant route-wide standard details and design supporting documentation- Coordination of the priority listing for L3 deliverables with the client and PW Designer.- Coordination of Data Acceptance Certificate (DAC) sign-off with area specific teams and PW Designer.- Coordination and reporting of the route-wide management delivery plans and documents.- Assisting with the management and preparation of responses to relevant commercial communications on CEMAR (TQ’s, EW’s, GC’s etc.)- Assisting with the production and update of Business Management System processes relating to Design Management.- Coordination and management of the SCEW Appendices Templates delivery, liaising with the PW Designer.- Coordination of relevant responses to Technical Assurance Review (TAR) actions.

During my time at WSP, I was involved in a variety of projects including roundabout design and several cycleway schemes. In addition, I took on an Assistant Project Manager role for the Two-Village Bypass additional works package of the notable Sizewell C project. Alongside this, I was the Health & Safety representative for the Croydon office.Responsibilities included:- Liaising with fellow WSP colleagues of all grades and disciplines, working towards the success of the project. - Setting up work orders, converting a prospect to project, monitoring budgets, spend and other financial data, using various trackers and internal spreadsheets.- Producing technical design drawings using AutoCAD.- Co-ordinating with the international design teams to meet deadlines and apply necessary changes to the design.- On-site support with the A13 DBFO contract, providing maintenance and aiding safety for its road users.

During my time with Kier, I was enrolled on a graduate program, working on various types of Highways schemes including, barrier replacements, drainage, technology improvements and traffic safety.Responsibilities included:- Producing technical design drawings using AutoCAD.- Completion of CDM documentation and contributing to engineering solutions in the highways sector.- Consistently able to work within budget and time restrictions, whilst maintaining the required output and quality of work.- Attending site visits, accurately recording required data, whilst maintaining health and safety practices.- Organisation and participation of ECI meetings.- Proven to work well individually and within a team towards a common objective.- Collation and interpretation of data.- Creating Network Occupancy Management (NOMs) bookings and resolving any clashes with other works by negotiating with professionals within and outside of the company.Further involvement and achievements:- Developing knowledge of Civil 3D.- Kier Ambassador, representing Kier during promotional events and voluntary opportunities.- Nominated for 'Graduate of the Year' in the annual Kier Awards.- Selected to lead the Birmingham branch of Kier Design Services and participate in the international MERIT competition.- Regularly attending Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events and seminars.

Working at the RAC Head Office, within the ATS division as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and tyre replacements. Liaising with customers and contractors in order to establish the best resolution for individual queries. - Taking incoming calls from customers.- Processing jobs using a variety of systems including iCAD, OLA, Epyx and Focus. - Dispatching jobs to hired contractors. - Working within a team to achieve set goals, delivering excellent service.

Providing maintenance and support for the Britvic Soft Drinks Company, Solihull establishment and its employees. Duties include: Opening and ensuring the building is prepared for usual business before employees arrive. Locking up safely and closing the site.Reception responsibilities: answering calls, sorting mail and welcoming visitors.Managing deliveries: ensuring all items have been delivered and stocked correctly, logistic management.Maintenance: Flagging and maintaining any issues, adopting a high attention to detail in all areas of the location. Security: dealing with any issues regarding intruders or suspicious activity on site, efficiently and safely.Organisation: maintaining stock levels and organising items into relevant areas.
