• Managing the Projects and Maintenance in line with defined Scopes, schedules, Budgets and Time Lines.• Preparation of Documents to get the various authority regulations.• Lead the design and development team.• Establishing Project and Maintenance Structures which includes developing the design, identifying the resources required, recruit and hire operation teams, determining the project phases and setting delivery expectations.• Manage and Analyse budget to ensure that all budgets are efficiently allocated in alignment with defined expectation and objectives• Review initiation requirements and necessary documentations for official submission and approvals in order to ensure that all the required approvals are obtained as per the regulations and established timeline.• Liaise with Finance and Supply Management Departments to ensure that all purchase request and payments are submitted as per established time lines.• Monitor the Progress of the Projects & Maintenance and ensure that all projects are executed and delivered as per the schedule.• Review closeout procedures in order to ensure effective and efficient closeout of the Projects.• Managing the effective achievement of the departments objectives by setting individual targets, Key Performance Indicator (KPI),developing and motivating staffs, conducting and reviewing performance appraisals, providing formal and informal feedback in order to maximize the subordinate and departments performance.

Worked with Honeywell Qatar,as Project Engineer for the Dolphin Energy Limited (DEL)-Qatar Gas(QG) Common Low Sulphur Condensate Storage& Export Facility RLTO Integration Project.Scope of this project was integrating Dolphin ITR50 (Instrument Technical Room) with Qatar Gas SCCB (Storage Central Control Building) which includes PCS Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, Commissioning of DCS and various third party systems.
