My name is Hamzeh Shalan, I hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from theHashemite University. In addition to studying the prescribed courses in my major field of business, i selected electives to help me within my career objectives, and a true testament to my dedication I graduated after three years only.As an Account Manager in Canon Emirates, Canon Jordan and Xerox Jordan, I'm the liaison between the organization and the existing and prospective clients. Not only do I have to handle multiple client accounts and make every customer feel important and valued, i also must act as the lead to the sales team and give them the support. the main thing is the job it is to meet sales goals and developing relationships with clients to acquire new business and network with existing customers to retain their business.I worked at Modern Systems Company whom are the sole agent for “RICOH” in Jordan, my job title was account manger however I am acting as a product manager for wide and large format printers beside my account management, sales rules and responsibilities.As a product manager I develop products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, pricing, time-integrated plans for product introduction and developing marketing strategies. After all that I have to do my sales part to generate a new business and achieve target.If given a chance, I will perform my duties and functions to the best of my ability, with utmost focus, determination and hard work.
