· Managed NEG (Nippon Electric Glass) cluster operations consisting of 2 sites with 1 ASU and 4 PVSA facilities.· Managed NEG Cluster site operation team, consisting of 1 supervisor and 4 plant shift operatives.· Led plant major turnarounds, continuous improvement and cost-down projects.· Managed both OPEX budgeting and expenditure control at site level and lead the CAPEX preparation for plant-wide improvement initiatives.
