• Research at the Earthquake Prediction Research Center of the Earthquake Research Institute. As part of the Sea of Japan Tsunami Hazard Project, which is an extensive, multi-discipline, inter-institutional project.
• Locating and determining the geometry of potential tsunami source-faults in the southern Sea of Japan using extensive 2D seismic reflection data (with Petrel) for further hazard-assessment. Other responsibilities.
• Supervision of M.Sc. students (M.Sc. and special projects): project design, guidance, and editing and reviewing theses and manuscripts.
• Give technical talks at major international geoscience conferences (e.g., EGU, JpGU) and companies (e.g., Schlumberger).
• Write reports and collaborate within an international, multi-discipline project.
• Proof-read and edit manuscripts for team-members. This project supported my post-doctoral research on the structural and stratigraphic development of the Tsushima Strait, southern Sea of Japan that comprises:

• Equinor (formerly Statoil) is a major, world-leading energy company from Norway that funded my Ph.D. research. During my Ph.D. I spent several days a week working in the Equinor London office on proprietary 3D.

• Building a 3D analogue geomodel of a salt-cored, carbonate dome using remote-sensing data, Petrel, 3DMove, ArcGIS, and GoCAD.
