PM Group is designing and building a new Sterile Filling Freeze Drying-facility (SFFD) and Central Utilities Building (CUB) for MSD Animal Health on their PE-terrain of the site in Boxmeer. After being part of the FEL2 design (concept) Ingenieursburo Ulehake is supporting the PM Group-team during FEL3, permitting (Dutch Building Code, fire safety and translation of documents) and execution. I am in the lead of the local team as single point of contact for PM Group and client MSD and it's Environmental Health & Safety department.

MSD, a pharmaceutical company inventing medicines and vaccines for many of the world's most challenging diseases, is extending an existing rollerbottle facility on it's Animal Health plant in Boxmeer, the Netherlands. As part of the DPS Engineering team Ingenieursburo Ulehake is responsible for the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) package. In my role as CSA Engineering lead I manage the team internally at our office in Oss. Next to that I am joining meetings and workshops with DPS Engineering, MSD's EPCMV-partner, and the client. This support is during the FEL3 (Basis of Design) project phase.

For the departement Global Engineering Solutions (GES) I am working a a rationalization of the offices and meeting rooms on the site Moleneind in Oss. MSD Human Health is upgrading it's office facilities by adding a new entrance and a new connecting atrium. Wiegerinck architects made a design for this makeover. I am part of the MSD project management team.

As CSA engineering lead it is in my responsibility to work out a design package on Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) aspects for a Biopharmaceutical industry. Ingenieursburo Ulehake is part of an international design team and supports IPS in Front End Loading 2 (FEL2) making a Conceptual Design for a Roller Bottle facility (BSL2) for MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer.
