- Monthly Management report, Financial Statements- P&L meeting every month with HODs of Golf course to help them understand their P&L.- Prepare any reports as requested to help management board make any decision.- Do annual budget for Golf, Laguna Park all BUs of Laguna resorts service- Consolidation tax report for Laguna and make tax declaration, tax payment to government- Working closely with Tax department, internal audit and external audit.

- Direct and supervise the Material Department and ensure that departmental goals and objectives are met.- Negotiate with representatives of suppliers for key items of product lines and determine that quality and prices of merchandise are competitive, in consultation with the General Managers and various Department Heads.

- Be knowledgeable in staff planning and compilation of work schedules to ensure that reports of hotels are prepared accurately and on time.- Actively plan and participate in the preparation of monthly Operating Reports and Financial Statements.- Understand the policies and procedures pertaining to Finance department's operation and work with the Financial Controller and his/her assistant to ensure all manuals are up to date.- Ensure profits and losses are documented accurately.
