Analysing weekly sales from key accounts, proposing and carrying out proactive actions to increase sell through. Negotiating sales contracts and account payment terms.Compiling brand training manuals and conducting seasonal product training with department store sales associates to help drive business.Accomplishing daily account management duties, including sample management, order processing, OC production, invoice and credit note generation and budget management.Proficient with Microsoft Office and bespoke sales systems, e.g. SILK.
