• Mechanical and Electrical facilities upgrading building management Systems.• Maintain property to ensure Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Building cleaning and Fire safety Systems, Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Air-conditions Systems of the building.• Routine maintenance schedules and work plans inspection , Trouble Shooting emergency of Mechanical and Electrical issues and repairing with the contractors and suppliers for all the mechanical and electrical facilities of the building.• Control and monitoring Elevator, Generator, water pumps and air conditioners by servicing and maintaining as routine service schedules.• Voltages, Amperes of the Electrical Main Panel always used to be balancing the electrical overload sides of each floor and the entire building.• Control and repair the CCTV recorder systems (DVR working system, HDD, Cameras, Network Cables) of the building.• Monitoring and control used to be saved of government electricity meter, usages of heavy machines, Electrical systems, Security systems and Fire safety systems.• Overseeing the planning, coordination and implementation of facilities building management plans• Purchase Electrical items, Mechanical items and construction facilities. • Liaising with team, main and sub-contractors, consultants on upgrading/implementation works to building services.• Lead to admin team, office room arrangements and accessories, office room renovation projects.• Negotiating the quotations with the technicians and suppliers for the maintenance plans, service plans and other facilities work plans.• Reporting to the management team to ensure the building safety, safe and healthful workplace, maintenance processes, servicing work plans and schedules.

• Progress and upgrade of mechanical and electrical facilities as the hotel management rules• Control and monitoring the Elevator, Generators, Water Cool and Air Cool Chillers, Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit Systems, Chiller Water Pumps and water supply pumps of the hotel• Serviced, maintenance and repaired Air-cons (Ceiling types, Split types and Wall Mounted types by chiller machines)• Solving the emergency issues and customer complains about the Mechanical and Electrical systems• Follow up undertaking the electrical systems and audio sound systems of the hotel events• Attending the team work meetings and trainings to ensure the hotel upgrading projects

• Assist project Engineer in managing projects in all related aspects such as shop drawing preparations, scheduling, works planning, liaison with main and sub-contractors consultant.• Monitoring the progress of works on site, quality control and site safety, attend meetings etc.• Real estate of control quotations (projects, steel structures, stainless steel and raw iron materials)• Measured as drawing project designs at the site. • Purchased raw materials ( iron, steel ) and equipment which are required of site.
