Planned Maintenance implementation and execution for target OEE achievement.AM, PM checklist and SOP implementation for Technician and Operator.Response to Emergency call for Breakdown Maintenance (BDM).Plan, Assign and Guide to Technicians and operator for all maintenance activities such as AM, PM, TBM, CBM.Create Emergency Work Order (EWO), Work order (WO) to find root cause of breakdown and eliminate it to avoid repetitive issue.Conduct with supplier and make Purchase Request/Order and maintain equipment and spare parts are in safety stock.Communicate with related department and give engineering solution to safety, quality, and productivity issues.
