Maintenance and Engineering-Handling Break Down Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance as per OEM Requirement (Machine, Mold & Auxiliary)-Co-ordination with OEM for Service and Spares-Analysis of machine breakdown and efficiency to improve OEE-Maintain the plant wide OEE at 85%-Monitor and optimization of equipment-Spare part management and Inventory handling-Maintaining the quality management systems related documents and records.Facilities-Support to all other department on facilities and related matters-Responsible for the development and performance of all manufacturing facilities.-Co-operate with HSE team to provide engineering solution for safety and environmental related issue.

Handling Planned Maintenance (PM). Planned Maintenance implementation and execution for target OEE achievement.AM, PM checklist and SOP implementation for Technician and Operator.Response to Emergency call for Breakdown Maintenance (BDM).Plan, Assign and Guide to Technicians and operator for all maintenance activities such as AM, PM, TBM, CBM.Create Emergency Work Order (EWO), Work order (WO) to find root cause of breakdown and eliminate it to avoid repetitive issue.Conduct with supplier and make Purchase Request/Order and maintain equipment and spare parts are in safety stock.Communicate with related department and give engineering solution to safety, quality, and productivity issues.

Install, maintain, repair and modify the automation equipment’s to support production line and product assembly lines.Repair and troubleshoot the machineModify the machine as requested by the operationCooperate for the improvement of the productivity and support to the operation.
