Plan, manage, execute all Network Operations activities in the region/State. Manage and ensure good network quality within the region by carrying out regular benchmarking, cluster drive testing and regular network fault diagnostics/resolution. Monitoring the execution of nominal radio coverage and capacity rollout design for the region. Analyze traffic, utilization, and subscriber growth to trigger capacity expansion. Monitor and ensure proper spare part management both new and faulty parts. Ensure 99.9% BSS,Transmision and Power network Availability .

Plan, manage, execute, and control power system master plan for upcoming sites as well as old sites as per specific target. (Fuel Consumption and Power System and DG Capacity). Perform Load calculations of the site equipment and Upgrading Power system and battery backup testing and planning replacement and swapping depend upon requirements and financial Calculation. Site Power Planning and dimension which includes Generators, Rectifiers, Batteries and Power system. Overall responsibility of Power related issues including Generators, rectifiers, Power system and batteries. Battery Backup and Battery enhancement calculation for new and expansion sites.

*Over all region Field Maintenance responsibility along with MS field team management. Person required for Datacentre Maintenance, FTK site Maintenance, Authority engagement and Governance along with MS partner. Single SPOC in MDY for ACS Operation to have coordination and Governance for OSP and towerco.* Independent decision making authority for regional field services in sync with Head of Operation• Over all Operation Governance of MDY region.• Responsible for Field and Datacentre Operation of MDY.• Governance of MS partner for signed delivery in terms of SLA and KPI.• Restoration of faults within required SLA by pushing Towerco and OSP.• Responsible all Energy pass through management for MDY region.• Weekly summaries the Operation of MDY region to Head of operation.

To conduct Planning & Designing of efficient battery and rectifier systems which reducesGenerators fuel costs for Apollo Towers Myanmar Project.To conduct power (DC & AC) arrangement & allocation to various equipment’s for colocation Upgrading Apollo Towers Myanmar Project.To perform Load calculations of the site equipment and Upgrading Power system at Apollo Towers Myanmar Sites.To do battery backup testing and planning replacement and swapping depend upon requirements and financial Calculation at Apollo Towers Myanmar Sites.Site Power Planning and dimensioning which includes Generators, Rectifiers, Batteries and Power system. Outage Management:• Ensure high network availability and able to cater to business requirement• Daily follow-up and coordination with Nokia filed maintenance for regional sites availability• Ensure incidents and outages resolve within SLA by multivendor• Coordination all activity related to severity 1 and 2 incidents in region • RCA and reports validations• Daily analysis of incidents, change request reports• Ensure spares availability• Reduce sites outage with proactive analysis to reoccurrence issues• Ensure 99% network availability• Ensure Nokia Manage Service Team SLA’s are adhere to• Ensure no human error that lead to downtime for all activities perform on site from multivendorPreventive Management:• Effective energy management by capturing data related to diesel consumption and electricity bills• Monitor schedule preventive and event-based maintenance for onsite infrastructure to increase infrastructure life• Establish standards and policies concerning regional site access and key acquisition• Ensure infrastructure security from vandalism activity• Monitor infrastructure acceptance activity• Develop department action plan of department to provide guideline and instruction for team• Supervise, monitor and control utilization of CAPEX and OPEX to ensure optimal corporate benefit, as well as alignment with budget plan

Manage the development of plans and procedures for regional field support activities, to provide direction and guideline, as well as ensure efficiency of activities• Manage regional technical and engineering support, to ensure reliability and readiness of network in each region• Collaborate with relevant teams (ex. Implementation, and Sales & Distribution), in regards to the quality of network in each regional area, as well as manage and monitor vendor/ contractor’s activities, to ensure that network quality are ready and reliable• Manage site inspection, preventive maintenance and corrective troubleshooting activities in order to ensure that works are performed timely and efficiently, as well as to maintain quality network as soon as possible• Monitor vendor activities in regards to the maintenance of facilities and spare parts, including repair/ replacement of damaged or obsolete equipment and parts, and maintaining existing assets to ensure that all capitals are ready to facilitate network operations• Develop department action plan of department to provide guideline and instruction for team• Supervise, monitor and control utilization of CAPEX and OPEX to ensure optimal corporate benefit, as well as alignment with budget plan• Ensure the development of a capable and motivated team to sustain organization profitable growth• Manage, monitor, and evaluate performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of department goal and target• Evaluate and manage risk to be within acceptable risk level in order to minimize potential business disruption• Collaborate and support on corporate agenda upon request
