- Support the Talent Consultant team by creating candidate profiles from various sources (scraped data, job boards, current job descriptions, etc.).- Proactively source high-quality candidates to fill open positions in a timely manner.- Reach out to potential candidates to generate interest in our opportunities and collect their updated resumes.- Assist with the screening process by efficiently qualifying candidates and maintaining an organized applicant pool.- Provide administrative support to the Talent Consultant team, including updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or manual recruiting systems.- Assist with other recruitment projects as assigned.
