1. Assist the Director of External Affairs in strategy planning and managing VCF’s marketing & communication activities such as media network and channels, campaigns, and fundraising events to promote VCF's programs and images.2. Assist the Director of External Affairs in leading, managing and supervising a team of 4 staff members as well as many interns and volunteers.3. Plan, execute and manage VCF’s multiscale events of up to 500 guests, which included but not limited to press conferences, handover ceremonies, fundraising events, children’s celebrations, branding activities... with stakeholders across Vietnam.4. Is responsible for creating VCF’s communication materials, particularly annual reports, emailnewsletters, presentations, reports, CEO’s speeches,...5. Coordinate with program teams and other departments, local partners, donors, KOLs, suppliers toimplement effective marketing and communication activities through digital channels, events, TVdocumentaries, fundraising platforms, photos and videos...6. Assist and translate for CEO in events with the Government, stakeholders and partners, donors andbeneficiaries.

Support in implementing PR activities such as maintaining relations with media, producing pressreleases, updating and reporting on media coverage, arranging interviews, booking PR articles,coordinating TV documentaries...
