• Organizing and leading multiple technical teams in PYV, direct contact with brand HQ, close collaboration with design team through early phase of calendar to bring to life hundreds of prototypes• Foreseeing potential concerns and limitations in concept stage, providing innovative tooling constructions for key high priority, cost-sensitive projects including Superstar, PODs, and EQT (and many more)• Reverse engineering of complex constructions to bring key archive models from 70s-00s back to market• Provides specific technical expertise to ensure effective transition of concept design into samples and production while ensuring the manufacturability, material selection, material standards, development timeline and cost to target are met• Supervise junior team members in continuous upgrades of technical applications and processes and implementation of new technology in development and engineering• Support wider cross functional team whilst phasing-in and optimizing a new product development calendar
