In addition to the managerial aspect of the business, I have been extensively handling all legal aspects in reviewing and analyzing a variety of different legal documents, including but not limited to properties, bank documents and tenants applications, leases, various agreements, and declarations. I performed legal research, completed accurate lease abstracts, prepared landlord and tenant agreements, leases, amendments and assignments, prepared all correspondence to various organizations, tenants, landlords, and follow up on all aspects of litigation cases from beginning to end relative to collection and eviction actions while monitoring a calendar tracking and reporting critical dates.
