Hana Čeferin holds an MA in Art History from the University of Ljubljana. Since 2023, she has been Head of the Biennial of Design in Ljubljana. Since 2021 she has been the editor of the contemporary art magazine ETC. and the director of the eponymous institution. Since 2015, she has worked as a curator in Galerija Fotografija in Ljubljana, where she has created exhibitions with Slovenian and international artists. Between 2022 – 2023, she worked in the curatorial department of Kunsthalle Wien. As an independent curator, she has collaborated with Frontviews in Berlin, Škuc Gallery in Ljubljana, and the Alt+1000 Photography Festival in Switzerland, among others.
