My team worked on organizational restructuring project for one of top 10 companies in Serbia. Project goal was to test on market if outsourcing of specific unit is financially profitable and to provide the recommendation to the management regarding optimal business model. In order to do so, detailed technical due diligence was performed, together with preparation of project documentation for tender which presented this business unit to the potential bidders.

Scholarship Holder of Internship Programme of German Business for the Western Balkans; Since 2003, Zoran Djindjic Foundation, together with the German Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations (Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft) and the Delegation of German Business for Serbia and Montenegro has been implementing the programme, the aim of which is to give to qualified young people the chance to gain vocational experience in some of the best-known German companies.
