About Hana Chelberg

I am a driven, innovative high school Social Sciences teacher based in DFW metropolitan area in Texas with over five years' experience as a secondary educator and an additional four years as an undergraduate lecturer and international relations research fellow. I am deeply committed to fostering new connections, ideas, and proficiencies in my students as they explore and learn, developing and utilizing creative lesson plans to drive engagement. With additional varied experience as a performing artist, lecturer/research fellow, co-founder of an opera company, and a voice teacher, I have much to offer my students by way of my unique life experience and background. These diverse experiences have honed my exceptional communication skills, interpersonal ability, and joyful attitude. A true team player, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my co-workers as we collaborate to nurture our students and facilitate school-wide success.I am multilingual (English, Czech, German, and Spanish) and have lived and worked in various international settings.
