Manage all accounting transactions Publish financial statements in time Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staffPerforms clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff Arranges travel and accommodations for executives Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staffPerforms office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeepingPerforms additional duties as assigned by executivesPerforms other related duties as assignedData entry for clients' financial documentsMaintains financial records for our company by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accountsMaintains accounting controls by following policies and proceduresTesting documentation supporting account balances or classes of transactionsSecures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential
