It’s about listening, understanding your unique strengths, and spotting opportunities where you might not see them.🛠 BACKGROUND & INFLUENCES:Research in Birmingham: I spent 5 years researching communication within BNI (Business Network International), analyzing data to understand how effective networking drives business success.Mentorship: I’ve learned most about networking from Ivan Misner, father of networking, and founder of BNI, and Professor Almut Koester, a recognized expert in organizational discourse, who shaped my understanding of workplace communication.
