As a program associate cum learning designer, I planned and designed impactful and well-rounded entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs for school students in Malaysia. This includes designed and delivered virtual and in-person workshops, and national level competition for the students. In addition, I planned, designed, and created self-paced e-learning modules for students which inclusive of interactive activities through different platforms such as Edpuzzle, GSuite applications, Wordwall, Genially among many others. I have also applied ADDIE instructional design method to ensure the programs and workshops meet the learning objectives of the participants, and to ensure that participants could learn in experiential way.

• Taught as a course leader for Entrepreneurship, Business Reporting, and economics subjects, as well as role as tutor for Recreational Event Planning.• Prepared materials including lecture slides, final exam, assignments, and online activities and engagement for the above subjects.
