He graduated from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Majoring in Management Information Systems) & is currently an Aston Business Assessment (Birmingham, UK) Certified Trait (Personality & Competency) Assessor allowing him to develop behavioural assessment-based interventions for implementation by clients.Currently he is helping various business & organizations (governments, corporate & small medium companies) via Gugusan Sasana Consultancy in the form of training, coaching & CM related consulting in areas where gap closure & opportunity creation activities are required. He has managed & executed over 385 Consultancy & Training events within the various industries with the opportunity to create platforms for other consultants & trainers to explore & collaborate.
