- Lead, manage and develop Lazada Seller Community - Manage FB groups and contents - Manage and assist sellers' in solving issues & problems- Investigate and troubleshoot sellers' issues & problems- Improve seller's selling experience on Lazada- Strategize, lead and coordinate programs for Seller Community- Plan and manage budget for Seller Community- Measure sellers' performance and identify success stories among sellers- Getting new sellers onboard and funnel them into incubation program- Collect and escalate sellers' feedback to the respective teams.- Create more engagement and activities for Community (Online and Offline) - Reward and motivate sellers to improve their performance and involvement in the Community

- Reach out to the public and give awareness about entrepreneurship in creativity and innovation especially in Science and Technology- Strategize, plan and develop MaGIC Community programs and initiatives- Program lead- MaGIC Idea Lab & MaGIC University Startup Challenge (USC) - Coordinate and assists other MaGIC programs- Engage, Manage and Follow up with the partnership from private and governement sector- Consult and give mentorship on business development (Ideation stage)- Handling paper work, agreement, budget, report, database, and administrative task- Meeting with ministries, key stakeholders, community, startup, partners, etc-

- Reach out & give out awareness on startup/ entrepreneurial mindset.- Reach out to the existing entrepreneurs while educate them on technology as an enabler.- Reach out to the public & community during the exhibition/ showcase event.- Co-coordinating programs/ workshop/ training for youth & university students.- Creating partnership with Community builder such University, Clubs, Training provider, etc- Handling administrative & documentation roles & challenges- Handling in-bound visits from Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes/ Polytechnics.- Work across interdependent departments - Watch drama
