I have recently joined FTW DAO as a part-time core team and founding member. FTW DAO is a revolutionary project whose mission is to DAOversify the venture capital ecosystem.- Joined the FTW team as the Community Lead and transitioned into a co-founder role, leading a team of 50+ contributors in developing a thriving DAO ecosystem.- Implemented strategic coaching and communication approaches for seamless coordination and engagement.- Leveraged community management expertise to build trust and cohesiveness within the team.- Served as a key liaison, aligning stakeholders with the DAO vision and objectives.- Played a pivotal role in the DAO's growth and successful development.

ENGLISH: PivotDAO is an upskilling and reskilling platform and community that helps women over 35 y/o to pivot their careers and avoid the riks of unemployment caused by automation. We focus on hard tech skills like data analytics and smart contract development but also on soft skills like problem solving and criticial thinking. We also focus on lowering the access barriers that women encounter when they want to access the blockchain ecosystem and we do it through our 6 week training program, live sessions and community. 900 women in our community so far and 300 registered in our first training cohort. We are in the process of raising funds. --- ESPAÑOL: PivotDAO es una plataforma de upskilling y reskilling que permite a las mujeres de más de 35 años completar un proceso de transición y actualización profesional de forma que puedan evitar el desempleo causado por el aumento de la automatización. Nos enfocamos en habilidades hard y técnicas, pero también en habilidades blandas como la resolución de problemas complejos y el pensamiento analítico. También estamos enfocadas en acercar la tecnología blockchain a las mujeres hispanohablantes y lo hacemos a través de un programa formativo gratuito de 6 semanas, accesible desde nuestra comunidad, a la que se han unido 900 mujeres ya.
