ENGLISH: PivotDAO is an upskilling and reskilling platform and community that helps women over 35 y/o to pivot their careers and avoid the riks of unemployment caused by automation. We focus on hard tech skills like data analytics and smart contract development but also on soft skills like problem solving and criticial thinking. We also focus on lowering the access barriers that women encounter when they want to access the blockchain ecosystem and we do it through our 6 week training program, live sessions and community. 900 women in our community so far and 300 registered in our first training cohort.
