As a foreign trade and marketing specialist, I manage key accounts in several countries in the Middle East and Africa. Responsible of achieving sales targets, meeting customer expectations and needs, and handling after-sales customer relationship and export operations activities. I am also pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Bursa Teknik Üniversitesi, where I am enhancing my skills and knowledge in marketing, sales, and relationship building. I have a strong educational background, with two bachelor's degrees in aviation/airway management and operations, and business administration and management. I speak three languages: English, Arabic, and Turkish, and I have obtained multiple certifications in Turkish language, humanitarian response,exporting specialization and innovative thinking and entrepreneurship.
