1-Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the system application to meet the customers needs2-Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes3-Provides knowledge of the system application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard system functionality4-Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected5-Responsible for configuring and customizing the system application to achieve the customers business requirements6-Facilitates the customers decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/ customization are required, either to processes or to the system application)7-Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the system8-Experience and understands challenges & risks when implementing system applications.~Functional/Technical Skills :- Analyze & understand business problems- Model data & processes- Conduct workshops and training sessions-Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing-Familiar and experienced in:-Core application functionality- Implementation Methodology~Soft Skills:- High degree of insight and analytical skill-Team-oriented; willing to align work with team’s priorities and goals-Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities-Skilled in organizational change
