1-Assisting in the preparation of financial reports , such as balance sheets , income statements , and cash flow statements2-Recording and maintaining financial transactions in the general ledger , ensuring accuracy and completeness. 3-Performing bank reconciliations and verifying the accuracy of account balances , identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.4-Assisting with the preparation of audits , providing necessary documents and information , and responding audit inquiries.5-Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes , ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and payments.6-Monitoring and reconciling petty cash and expense reports , ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.7-Assisting with month - end and year - end closing activities , such as reconciling accounts , adjusting journal entries , and preparing financial statements. 8-Collaborating with other departments to provide financial support.
