Current-Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)- Conducts an initial calling, pre-screening, interviews and assessing qualifications to job requirements.- Present shortlisted candidates, provide detailed profile summaries and schedule interviews - Provides feedback to candidates on each stage in the recruitment and selection cycle.- Execution of offer letters, employment contracts, and consultancy agreements- Be the focal and first point of contact for our new employees from offer acceptance through to joining. - Continuous enhancement to the on-boarding process
