Test Manager Projects: Topdanmark, Mit.dk and Digitaliseringsstyrelsen. I take full responsibility for the test processes, planning, execution and reporting of tests activities in the releases. - Creating test strategy and ensure it is implemented and used on daily basic- Ensure that the planned test is prepared - Planning test activities - test design, test executions, test tools, test environment, test reports, test status, capacity etc.- Establish test plans and continue improving the test processes. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for their part in official tests according to the requirements- Ensuring deadlines are met during a release- Reporting of test results- Manage bugs and ensure they are being prioritized - Coordination of releases with release manager - Participate in the Change Management process, representing test- Organizes the approval process, including providing the necessary basis for making the approval.- Ensures that there is direct and clear traceability from the different test activities and test results.

Leading functional content revision- Implementation of a new IT system within the company, where I was responsible for all functional implementation in Europe- Ensuring all requirements in the new solution were implemented appropriately- Responsible for transparent communication across teams, countries, and individuals- Developing and training existing employees to work in the new systems.- Responsible for ensuring all the new features were built and tested correctly.- Providing support during the User Acceptance process with over 200 participants- Reporting on daily progress- Ensuring the quality of user stories and features, so there was a solid foundation for building and testing the new system.- Ensure correct prioritization of the backlog and of the resolution of different tasks- Estimating tasks across teams and individuals- Creating a strategic plan for a development process- Risk assessment of the various initiatives, so all aspects are fully considered.- Planning the overall scope for each release- Following up and ensuring ongoing progress and creating action plans if we saw the plan was not being followed- Motivating employees and ensuring personal and professional development
